Check What Items the Hospital Needs
We’ve built relationships with these hospitals, and they’re excited to receive crafts from our volunteers! Try to select a location close to you to reduce shipping costs. If you would like to donate to a specific facility that we are not yet partnered with, you can reach out to them through our Local Drop-Off System.
Each hospital has different preferences and needs, and it is crucial that we adhere to them. This helps us avoid overwhelming staff with items they can’t use. Pay attention to special notes, like whether items need to be individually packaged or if there are restrictions (e.g., no glitter, all items must be washed prior to donation, etc).
Log Your Donation Plans
Fill out the Volunteer Donation Tracker Form to let us know where you’re donating, indicate what crafts you’re donating and how many, and add a tracking number if you’re shipping.
Make Your Crafts
Use your creativity to make thoughtful, safe items by following our crafting guidelines. Feel free to get friends, clubs, or family involved — it’s more fun together!
Drop Off or Ship Your Crafts
Hospital Staff Verifies the Donation
